Video: Forest product traceability promotes responsible resource management

September 29, 2014 | Written BY : admin_test

Forest product traceability lets consumers connect with harvesters, producers and processers through social media. In this way, people know exactly where their forest products come from, who made them, where they were harvested and by which method. Model Forests have been developing traceability projects focused on mushrooms in Spain, wooden pens in Cameroon, and log homes and wood carvings in western Canada.
